PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE
For all orders placed on the site, you must be at least 18 years old and provide us with a residential address in Romania for billing and delivery.
The products in our online store have detailed descriptions, consisting of information regarding product properties, technical specifications, prices, the materials they are made of, available colors, etc.
The online ordering process consists of the following steps:
Using the menu at the top of the site and the filters on the left, choose the desired product then click on the "Add to Cart" button in the virtual shopping cart. After it is added to the shopping cart, the product is available for purchase depending on stock availability. Adding the product to the shopping cart, without completing the order, does not represent the registration of the order or the reservation of the product.
All items that have been placed in the shopping cart can be viewed by clicking on the "shopping cart", which is visible at the top of the site. Here you can delete the products you have entered or change the quantity of products you wish to purchase. You can continue viewing the content of the site by clicking on the "Continue shopping" button or you can view the shopping cart by clicking on the "Complete order" button.
If you want to purchase the items in your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button.
Registering an account allows you to have access to additional options, for example order presentation, stored delivery addresses, history of orders placed on the site.
Purchase is possible without prior registration of an account, but it is mandatory to provide complete and correct data requested in the order form, so that its delivery can be carried out in optimal conditions.
Please fill in your name, contact details (phone and email), delivery address and select your desired delivery method.
The following delivery methods are available: courier delivery. The shipping cost varies depending on the quantity ordered.
After completing the above data, click the "Next" button.
The next screen contains details regarding payment methods, the following being available: Cash on delivery (payment upon delivery by courier), Online payment by bank card.
If the product delivery address is different from the billing address, please uncheck the box "Delivery address matches billing address" to be able to enter the billing address.
After completing the information on this page, click on "Complete order" to complete it, and you will be redirected to the online payment processor's page to make the payment.
At any time during the ordering process, you can cancel this. To do this, simply do not continue with the ordering process explained in the steps above.
Before placing your order, you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
The moment of completion of the order process is the moment when you will receive the confirmation email of its placement, sent by Perfect-Home. The email contains the registered order number, details regarding the ordered product, the delivery data provided by you and the total value of the order, including VAT.
The order cannot be completed or delivered in the following situations:
– non-acceptance by the issuing bank of your card or the transaction, in the case of online payments
– invalidation of the transaction by the online payment processor
– the data you provided regarding delivery (address, contact details) on the site are incomplete or incorrect
– more than two consecutive failed deliveries to you
– more than two returns in the last 12 months from you
– other objective reasons.
You can modify an order placed on our website, provided that it has not yet been shipped to you, by one of the methods below:
– cancel the order
– replace the product originally ordered with another one in stock
– add an additional product
– change the delivery address
Please send any changes to your order by email to alis@perfect-home.ro, in which please specify the order number, as well as your request.
If you cancel an order paid in advance via online payment or bank transfer, its value will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day we receive the notification, depending on the bank flow.
If, by modifying the order, its value increases, you can pay the difference in the refund system, upon delivery of the ordered product. Otherwise, if the order value decreases compared to the initial one, we will refund the difference by bank transfer, to the account indicated by you, within 14 calendar days.
Completing the order represents your confirmation that all the data you have provided is correct and complete, so that the delivery of the ordered product can be carried out in optimal conditions.
At the same time, completing the order represents your agreement to be contacted by GAMA EPOXY S.R.L. by any means, in any situation in which contact is necessary.
Regardless of the payment method you choose (online payment by bank card, bank transfer or cash on delivery of the ordered product), you will receive the tax invoice along with the package upon delivery of the order.
The distance contract is concluded for a determined period and is considered terminated when the parties have fulfilled their mutual obligations under the terms and conditions mentioned on the site.
PAYMENT OF ORDERED PRODUCTS
The prices on our website are expressed in RON and include VAT. All prices displayed on the website at the time of your order will not change and are firm.
Delivery of products ordered from the site for a fee depending on the quantity, at the price charged by the courier.
After placing the desired items in the shopping cart, in order to place the order, you will be asked to choose the desired payment method.
The following payment methods are available:
1. Refund
Payment is made upon delivery of the product via express courier company.
2. Online payment by bank card
For orders placed on the site, online payments will be processed through the MobilPay platform, under maximum security guaranteed by MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa certification in order to eliminate any possibility of online fraud.
Accepted cards are: Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard/Maestro. Bank card transactions will appear on your bank statement with the text "Perfect-Home.ro".
After selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the online payment processor page, where you will need to fill in this data:
– Card code (the 4 groups of digits mentioned on the front of the card, without spaces)
– Card expiration date
– CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the card, printed on the signature strip).
After completing them, click the "Authorize" button to authorize the payment process.
Online payment by bank card is made without any commission.
In case of difficulty when making the payment, please contact the bank issuing your bank card or, if you believe you could obtain information from Perfect-Home, you can call us at 0763.406.314, between the hours of 9-18, Monday to Saturday.
Online transactions will be made in lei, regardless of your card, under the conditions agreed with the bank issuing your card.
None of your card information will be accessible to Perfect-Home, as it is not transmitted or stored on our servers, but rather entered directly into the Visa or MasterCard systems.
DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS
DELIVERY TIME: Estimated delivery time 2-3 days, depending on the courier's schedule and the day of the week the order was placed. (Saturday/Sunday).
DELIVERY METHOD: Only by Courier Rapid, anywhere in Romania.
For the purpose of delivering products ordered online, our approved partner is the company Pall-Ex. The cost of transportation is a counter-cost depending on the quantity at the price charged by the courier.
The delivery process begins from the moment the order is confirmed. It is delivered from our warehouse to the destination within 1 - 2 business days from the order registration, for products in Perfect-Home stock, depending on the volume of orders already registered in the system.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS from Pall-Ex informing you of the delivery interval of the shipment. If the Pall-Ex representative does not find you at the address within the communicated interval, you will be notified by Pall-Ex of the existence of a postal item and you will be indicated the Pall-Ex work point from where it can be picked up. The package will be kept in the local Pall-Ex warehouse for 7 calendar days from the first notification. In case of failure of delivery, the package will be returned to Perfect-Home and your order will be considered canceled.
For products that are not in Perfect-Home stock at the time of the order, but are in the manufacturers' stock, the delivery time is up to 30 days from the order launch. For such products, the order is considered firm only by paying the advance, an advance representing 30% of the value of the product, regardless of its type. After the product ordered by the manufacturer enters Perfect-Home stock according to the paragraph above, the buyer will be informed immediately and asked to reconfirm the order and pay the price difference, through one of the methods described in the chapter "Payment for ordered products".
There may be exceptional situations in which the product delivery can be made within a longer period than mentioned, in which case you will be notified by one of our operators.
We also reserve the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons beyond our control, including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest or other force majeure impediments according to Romanian law.
Upon delivery, please check the apparent condition of the package. In case of any anomaly regarding the package (damaged, opened, traces of liquid, etc.) or the contents (missing or damaged product), please follow the procedure described in the Product Returns section.
Also, in the event of situations such as those described above, we are at your disposal at the telephone number 0763.406.314 to inform you about the procedures for returning the damaged product.
Failure to comply with the necessary return procedures excludes the possibility of any claim against Perfect-Home or the courier company, including reimbursement of the product value.
The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by Perfect-Home to any customer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery is the value of the respective ordered product, provided that it has been collected.
