For products purchased from our website, we offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We monitor the number of returns made by our customers, and more than two repeated returns by the same customer, within a year, will lead to the non-fulfillment of subsequent orders.
Our products are delivered in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer.

Products may have security seals and/or protective foils on various components of the product. Security seals may take the form of a self-locking pin applied to watches with leather straps or a No residue secure label applied over the metal strap of watches.

Protective films can be applied to the bracelet or case.

Please handle the product with care while trying it on, protect it from any shocks or scratches, and do not remove or damage the security seal and protective foils on the product in any way. Otherwise, the product return cannot be accepted.

Return of product with defects upon delivery

Please check the apparent condition of the package upon delivery and make sure that it does not present any anomalies regarding the package (damaged, open, traces of moisture, etc.) or the contents (missing or damaged product).

In case of visible damage to the package, you have the right to refuse receipt and payment. In this case, please specify the reason for the refusal to the Pall-Ex representative and express it in writing on the AWB, in his presence.

Please send any complaint regarding the integrity of the package within 24 hours of delivery to the email address: alis@perfect-home.ro. You have the option of replacing the product with delivery deficiencies or you can request a refund of the product value.

Subsequent complaints regarding such matters will no longer be considered.

You always have the right to return the ordered product within 30 calendar days from the time of delivery, without having to justify your decision, provided that it is not opened, the seal is broken, there are missing components or the packaging is visibly damaged. However, do not hesitate to send us your opinion: it is very important for us to know the reason for the return, in order to improve the services offered.

The costs of returning the product will be borne by the buyer.

In order for the product delivery to take place under optimal conditions, please use only the services of express courier companies with door-to-door delivery.

Product return procedure

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:
– You must express your return option in writing, by completing the form in the Contact section.
– The return must be made in the original packaging, with all labels, security seals and protective films intact, as well as the original warranty certificate and a copy of the invoice.
– Protect the original packaging by wrapping it in foil or an additional box so that it is not damaged during transport.
– If the product was accompanied by one or more gifts (products, vouchers), these must be returned with the product.

We inform you that failure to comply with any of the steps listed above will result in the impossibility of accepting the return.

Refund: It will be made by Bank Transfer, to the bank account specified by you, within 30 days from the date of ordering the product!

Resolving returns

After receiving the returned product, it will be subjected to an examination to assess whether it is in the same condition in which it was sent to you.

Returns of products that show signs of wear or damage to security and protective elements or whose original packaging shows signs of damage are not accepted.

If, following the examination, it is found that the product or the original packaging shows signs of use or damage, or that the security and protection elements (labels, seals, foils) have been damaged or removed, totally or partially, the return of the product is not accepted. In this situation, we will communicate the result of the examination in writing, and the product will be sent to you according to the delivery procedure on our website.

If, following the examination, it is found that the product was received in optimal conditions, the refund of the product value will be made within 14 days of return, to the bank account in lei indicated by you.
