Valid for 24 months for individuals, 12 months for companies.
2. Warranty conditions
The product must be used according to instructions.
Exclusions
Defects caused by improper assembly, mechanical shocks, chemical substances.
4. Warranty procedure
The customer must send a photo, description, and proof of purchase.
5. Possible solutions
Repair, replacement or refund.
